Return & Refund Policy

1. Orders may be canceled and refunded before shipping.
2. Returns or exchanges accepted for 30 days from delivery date.
3. The Products must be returned in their original packaging. If the item has been used, washed, stained or damaged, the return or exchange will be refused.
4. The following Products are neither returned nor exchanged, in particular for reasons of hygiene or health protection: Lingerie and nightwear, swimsuits.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 3 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and resolve it.

Return address
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact customer service at service@modegal.com. The return address will be sent to you by email. Items should be returned to this address.

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Must contact us within 3 days of delivery if you need to exchange. Exchange accepted for 30 days from delivery date.

Return shipping costs
Customer responsible return shipping in case of customer remorse. For example, the customer bought the wrong product, it doesn't suit them or they no longer want the item. Unless there has been an error or defective products on ModeGal's part, such as incorrect, carrier damaged, or otherwise defective.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund as well.
